What’s the best Art College for Fashion Design and Photography?

So basically I really want to go to college for fashion and photography. My dream is to have my own store where I photograph my models and the pieces to my collection. I am already making dresses, for adults and little girls, so I am sure that I will continue with this as my career. I’m not picky about where I want to go, I love the city as well as the country. I just want out of Iowa.

Art Institute of Colorado has both majors.
