Side-shots, soft lighting, the father present are all good but here's one I thought was classic. Wooden letter blocks across the belly area spelling out the child's name. That idea could be modified or expanded. Theres the side profile standing next to window with light coming thru. It looks soft, subtle and sweet, There is one with just a shot of a man and woman's hand on her belly, There is fully naked with a like a sheet over you laying down. There is a belly and feet shot from the mother's perspective. Your mom and you with her hand on your belly. With the three different generations. That is cute.
