Portrait Photography Classes in Melbourne Australia?

I live in Melbourne Australia and interested to know a place were I could practise portrait photography. What I have in mind is like a photography class that provide a studio and a model with different lighting then students like me could play around with our dslr camera to creat different effects/shots.
Interesting idea.
I use to do something close to this when doing night classes at the college and some evening classes on my own. Check your colleges in the area and see what they may offer.
