@DissidentCitizen – I totally agree. As much as I like Porsche and I do like Porsche, there is NOTHING close to a Ferrari because of the simple reason that it is a Ferrari. btw the 430 scud has been tested by j-Clark.

@porsche1314 Yeah true. But the experience is different. Nothing quite like a Ferrari. Even cooler would be the 430 Scuderia. I wonder if top gear has tested it…

@supernerbil and you could take an E46 M3 put a turbo, r-componds, etc on it and beat both cars for less than ~$60K. Then someone could find a cheaper E36 M3 and put a turbo, brakes, etc on and beat the E46 for less than $50K. There will always be a faster/ cheaper car. So why buy the Porsche? Why buy the Ferrari? Your not buying either one of these cars for the speed your buying a name. For that the Ferrari name is worth more. forza

Do a test where you drive both cars hard on track, moderately during commuting and see which one needs more repairs, then calculate their costs. (Hint: Porsche wins)

it’s a tricky one. if you don’t get a radio as standart on this one, do you have to pay extra if you want to have it? I mean Ferrari already charges more for this car because they took out the radio, carpets etc. and they charge you again if you want the radio put back in your car…?
