Is World English Reviews in San Fernando Pampanga is a good review school for ielts?

I am thinking of enrolling either at Evoke (Daycard) and world english reviews. Which of these offer the best ielts review center in Central Luzon?
The best way to know the quality of service of any company would be to ask previous students. Were they satisfied with what they paid for?
Also consider other things:
1 Price – a low price doesn’t necessarily mean that it is better. look at the over-all program and value-added services
2 Accessibility
3 Office hours
4 Availability of teachers – ask when the teachers are available for consultation. Some centers say that they have an unlimited program but the teachers come only on specific times. They might not even be able to assist you since they also conduct classes.
The most important thing for me is the care of the office staff and the flexibility of the Review center. From what I have heard, World English Reviews has a lot of positive feedback from my friends and they actually adjust to your needs., not the other way around. Maybe because they are a young company and they want to prove something.
